½ cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp pure almond extract (key ingredient, don't omit!)
½ cup pure maple syrup
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp GF baking powder
⅔ cup frozen blueberries (fresh works as well) ⠀
⅓ cup slivered almonds for topping

Pre heat oven to 350 C.

Line muffin tin with muffin cups.

Mix the wet ingredients together and then add the dry.

Fold in blueberries (don't stir too much as they do give off colour).

Fill each muffin tin to the top. Garnish with almond slivers.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
