Paleo Chocolate glazed donuts

 1 cup almond flour
 2 eggs
 ½ cup natural PB
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 cinnamon
Glaze
 ¼ cup coconut oil
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 3 tbsp cacao powder
 almond milk

Pre heat oven to 350F and spray your donut pan with non stick cooking spray.

Place all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix until combined. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

Fill each donut cup in the donut pan 3/4 full with the batter. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

For the glaze- Add all ingredients in a bowl. Microwave for about 10-15 seconds if coconut oil needs melting. Mix until smooth.

Once the donuts have cooled, dip the top of each donut in the glaze.

Eat and enjoy! Not that they will last this long, but they can be stored in an air tight container for up to 3 days.

Yields 6 donuts and a bit of extra batter that makes a delicious mug cake. Add extra batter to a mug in the microwave for 1 minute & enjoy.
