Quick and Easy Hummus

 1 can (389 mL) organic no salt added chickpeas
 1 clove organic garlic
 1 tbsp organic fair trade tahini
 3 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
 1-2 tbsp water for a thinner consistency
 1/4 tsp sea salt
 Dash of paprika
 Optional: top with olive oil & paprika

Process all in a blender or high speed food processor until smooth. Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
